2021-22 TEXAS BASKETBALL STUDENT SECTION TOP 25 RANKINGS

  1. TOMBALL RED NATION

In a state where sports is a big part of their lives, it is tough to be the best, but the Red Nation stood out with marketing and school spirit. For the basketball season, Tomball Red Nation takes the title!

  1. RICHARDSON

Richardson was not only one of the best basketball teams in the state, their student section was also one of the best in Texas.

  1. DUNCANVILLE BLUE CREW

This is a tough one. The Blue Crew was spoiled and enjoyed every minute in the stands as they had the best team in the country on the court. Putting them at No. 3 isn’t bad at all. The Blue Crew rocked it.

  1. MCKINNEY

With a top notch basketball team comes a top notch student section and McKinney had that this season. Like a hand in a glove.

  1. LAKE HIGHLANDS OF DALLAS

This student section packed the stands and had some great themes this season. Their matchup against Richardson looked so amazing. It was deserving of a Top 5 finish.

  1. PLANO

Seeing them battle with Lake Highlands in a sea of white was pretty special. Plano Student Section looks wild!

  1. PLANO WEST

It’s not often you see a student section that reps for the girls basketball team, but this group does. Mad Props!

  1. ALLEN EAGLES ZONE

The Zone was fantastic this basketball season. It’s tough to follow up the flawless football student section they had, by this student section is one of the best all-around student sections in the country.

  1. BEAUMONT UNITED

This student section had plenty to cheer about as their basketball team took the 5A title!

  1. CANYON PURPLE POSSE

Purple Posse social media did fantastic work this season to push them into a Top 10 finish this season. A lot of Texas student sections should take notes!
