2022 MICHIGAN TOP 40 FOOTBALL STUDENT SECTION RANKINGS

We continue our Final Rankings in the 41 states we covered this football season. 

To say I’m overwhelmed with the work that comes along with this is an understatement.

We had Student Section of the Week for over 10 weeks and that helped us determine who had the best Student Section and which one wanted it more.

Just showing up in large crowds isn’t enough. It might fool other outlets that don’t cover Student Sections, but not us. We have to know how bad you want and marketing is key. 

You will see top-notch Student Sections miss out at the top spot, but we kept saying it over and over and over again, in order to be considered number one, you have to win the Student Section of the Week title. Otherwise, what is the point of having that contest?!

I know Student Sections complain, but remember it’s thousands of Student Sections and only me. Social media is your friend if used correctly.

I didn’t think Michigan had that many powerful Student Sections. I was dead wrong. This state is deep! Powerful state when it comes to school spirit. Top 40 isn’t enough.

So many great Student Sections in this state. Let’s take a look at our Top 40 and name our state champ!

2022 MICHIGAN TOP 40 FOOTBALL STUDENT SECTION RANKINGS

1. Chippewa Valley Rowdy Red Zone

Rowdy is an understatement. This isn’t new for them as they have been a consistent power in the stands. Rowdy Red Zone can pack the stands and they can get a bit crazy! Chippewa Valley Rowdy Red Zone is your Michigan Football Student Section Champions!

2. Zeeland East Coop Crazies

Coop Crazies is a perfect name. This Student Section fills the stands full of its craziest students!

3. Milford Mav Pack 

Mav Pack was consistent on social media and loved showing off their school spirit!

4. De La Salle Bro Zone

While the De La Salle in the West Coast is known for football, they better be careful because the Bro Zone not only has a solid football program, but they also have an insane Student Section!

5. Henry Ford Nest

The Nest was not on our radar to start the season, but this is a fantastic Student Section. Have to give them a ton of credit!
