2023 NEW YORK FINAL TOP 40 FOOTBALL STUDENT SECTION RANKINGS

The time has come to start ranking 50 states that we covered this football season. 

To say I’m overwhelmed with the work that comes along with this is an understatement.

We had 10 Student Section of the Week winners in New York and that helped us determine who had the best Student Section and which ones wanted it more.

Just showing up in large crowds isn’t enough. It might fool other outlets that don’t cover Student Sections, but not us. We have to know how bad you want it and marketing is key. 

You will see top-notch Student Sections miss out at the top spot, but we kept saying it over and over and over again, in order to be considered number one, you have to win the Student Section of the Week title. Otherwise, what is the point of having that contest?!

I know Student Sections complain, but remember it’s thousands of Student Sections and only me. Social media is your friend if used correctly.

This is our second year covering Football Student Sections in New York.

I feel like we haven’t gotten a solid grasp of New York Student Sections yet, but we have noticed more Student Sections in this state, so we hope to be more accurate.

The New York Football Student Section Champion will move on to Regionals in hopes to get the National Championship banner as voting will now get involved!

So, let’s see who made the list and who is the best in the Empire State.

2023 NEW YORK FINAL TOP 40 FOOTBALL STUDENT SECTION RANKINGS

  1. Shaker Barnyard

The Barnyard looks like a crazy and fun group to be around with every Friday Night. They can be a bit savage, but whatever it takes to be the 12th Man. The Barnyard social media was solid this season and much more than last year. We’ll see how they’ll fare in Regionals and Nationals, but for now, the Shaker Barnyard is your 2024 New York Football Student Section of the Year!

  1. Clarkstown Southside Rumble

Southside Rumble has a fitting name. They look like a crazy and an intense Student Section. I’m sure it matches they intensity that comes from the football players. It is definitely a disadvantage for opposing teams!

  1. Baldwinsville

Baldwinsville was regarded as one of the best this fall and you can tell why. They can pack the stands and their leaders are energetic. Solid Student Section!

  1. Guilderland Red Sea

As you can see, things can get messy when you’re in the Red Sea. As you can also see, you will have a fun time in the Red Sea!

  1. Archbishop Stepinac Jungle

The Jungle looks like an energetic group of kids and it helps that this post was brought to by Energy by Beyonce. Plus, you can’t go wrong with repping the Red, White and Blue!
