2023 SOUTH CAROLINA FINAL TOP 40 FOOTBALL STUDENT SECTION RANKINGS

The time has come to start ranking 50 states that we covered this football season. 

To say I’m overwhelmed with the work that comes along with this is an understatement.

We had 12 Student Section of the Week winners in South Carolina and that helped us determine who had the best Student Section and which ones wanted it more.

Just showing up in large crowds isn’t enough. It might fool other outlets that don’t cover Student Sections, but not us. We have to know how bad you want it and marketing is key. 

You will see top-notch Student Sections miss out at the top spot, but we kept saying it over and over and over again, in order to be considered number one, you have to win the Student Section of the Week title. Otherwise, what is the point of having that contest?!

I know Student Sections complain, but remember it’s thousands of Student Sections and only me. Social media is your friend if used correctly.

This is our second year covering Football Student Sections in South Carolina.

I feel like we haven’t gotten a solid grasp of South Carolina Student Sections yet, but we have noticed more Student Sections in this state, so we hope to be more accurate.

The South Carolina Football Student Section Champion will move on to Regionals in hopes to get the National Championship banner as voting will now get involved!

So, let’s see who made the list and who is the best in the Palmetto State.

2023 SOUTH CAROLINA FINAL TOP 40 FOOTBALL STUDENT SECTION RANKINGS

  1. Chapman Panther Patio

Social Media is the reason why the Panther Patio is here. They had solid Student Sections basically every week and showed it off on Instagram. It helped them take the National Student Section of the Week during the Football season. We’ll see how they’ll fare in Regionals and Nationals, but for now, the Chapman Panther Patio is your 2023 South Carolina Football Student Section of the Year!

  1. Fort Mill Dawgpound 

The Dawgpound has consistently been a top Student Section in South Carolina every year. They can pack the stands and arrive with the boldest or brightest themes.

  1. Nation Ford Dirty Birds

This is one of those Student Sections that we weren’t even aware of until late in the game, but they showed up that they’re one of the best in the state. I can see the Dirty Birds battling in the Winter and for the 2024 Fall State Student Section title!

  1. Clover Crazies

The Crazies soared with the best of them this season in the stands. Amazing themes, including the Country Theme as it is another Top 5 finish for the Crazies.

  1. Cane Bay Crazies

The Crazies comes up again with another Top 5 finish. They can pack the stands and as the name says, they can go crazy!
