2024 OKLAHOMA FINAL TOP 40 FOOTBALL STUDENT SECTION RANKINGS

The time has come to start ranking 50 states that we covered this football season. 

To say I’m overwhelmed with the work that comes along with this is a huge huge understatement.

We had 10 Student Section of the Week winners in Oklahoma and that helped us determine who had the best Student Section and which ones wanted it more.

Just showing up in large crowds isn’t enough. It might fool other outlets that don’t cover Student Sections, but not us. We have to know how bad you want it and marketing is key. 

You will see top-notch Student Sections miss out at the top spot, but we kept saying it over and over and over again, in order to be considered number one, you have to win the Student Section of the Week title. Otherwise, what is the point of having that contest?!

I know Student Sections complain but remember it’s thousands of Student Sections and only me. Social media is your friend if used correctly.

A Student Section that doesn’t post videos or photos of there Student Section on a consistent basis is like a tree falling with no one around. It doesn’t make any noise.

This is our third year covering Football Student Sections in Oklahoma. We had Santa Fe Wolfpack winning it in 2022 and Edmond Memorial Dogpound in 2023.

This is one of those great states that has great school spirit, but it did get a bit quiet on social media. We hope that changes in the winter.

We will have 3 Student Sections in Oklahoma that will be voting in the Student Section playoffs that will begin soon.

So, let’s see who made the list and who is the best in the Sooner State.

2024 OKLAHOMA FINAL TOP 40 FOOTBALL STUDENT SECTION RANKINGS

RED = PLAYOFF BOUND

1. Edmond Memorial Dogpound (2023 Rank: 1)

The Dogpound did it again! This Student Section loves to promote their school spirit on Instagram and you can’t blame them. The Dogpound loves to let you know they’re number one and once again, they’re right! We’ll see how far they will go when they vote in the National Football Student Section playoffs, but for now the Edmond Memorial Dogpound is your back-to-back Oklahoma Football Student Section of the Year!

2. Norman Crazies (2023 Rank: 12)

The Crazies has an epic photo, but they were just more than that. They were electric all season. The Crazies were amazing on social media with promoting their Student Section on Instagram. We’ll see if they can market and promote the voting in the National Football Student Section playoffs!

3. Bishop Kelley Crazy Corner (2023 Rank: 2)

Crazy Corner was exact what the name indictes. This was a crazy group of kids that picked up where they left off last season. One of the best in Oklahoma. We’ll see if they can market and promote the voting in the National Football Student Section playoffs!

4. Jenks (2023 Rank: 6)

As always, an electric Student Section with an insane amount of energy. They earned a Top 5 finish this fall.

5. Norman North Den (2023 Rank: 8)

The Den packed the stands and went wild this season and they proved it with social media promotion of their Student Section.
