In 2015, yours truly began covering Student Sections in Orange County, California. We expanded to Southern California in 2017 and in 2021, we added four more states and added 15 more states. We went to 40 states two years ago. We went to all 50 states in winter of 2023 and now we add our friends from the North in Canada on top of dividing Texas into two regions, similar to what we did with California. No one has ever done that before…until now! Edmond Memorial Dogpound (2024 Rank: 2) The Dogpound did it again! After taking the top spot in the fall, the Dogpound is back on top in the Winter! This one was tougher than the fall as the Student Section scene in Oklahoma felt equal with rowdy talent in the stands, but the Dogpound rocked the vote for the Winter title. Musselman Maniacs (2024 Rank: 3) This Maniacs squad wasn't as active on social media when it came to posting photos/videos of their Student Section this year, but they still got the job done on the voting poll. The Maniacs have been consistent in letting us know they're the best or at least one of the best. Imagine if they showed off their school spirit a lot more this year. Next year could be very scary and I can definitely see a repeat. Nixa Dirty Birds (2024 Rank: 9) The Dirty Birds really wanted this one! It wasn't an easy task as this is a very deep state when it comes to fantastic Student Sections, but Nixa rocked the vote and held the top spot in Missouri and made a tough fight in the National Winter Student Section playoffs!
