STUDENT SECTIONS OF THE WEEK (OCT. 10-12, 2024)
The Football Student Section season is underway! We had all 51 regions battling for the Student Section of the Week last week as we get closer to the National Football Student Section playoffs. We are all officially in for the fall!
Some states were had winners that showed off their Student Section, others didn’t, so we went with a different route, whoever promoted the game with a theme for the Student Section. Hopefully, we can avoid that route!
Once you win Student Section of the Week for your home state, you can’t win it again, but you still qualify to win the National Student Section of the Week at some other point. Once you win that, you can’t qualify to win another one.
Now once you win, it doesn’t mean tagging us of sending videos and photos of your Student Sections comes to an end because we still have the end of the season rankings and you have to make a very strong case for the top spot in your state!
We will go with who I felt was the best Student Section in the state by what I saw on Instagram!
We had some fantastic Student Sections this past week, but we had to go with one Student Section for the National Football Student Section of the Week.
Archbishop Spaulding had some company for the top Football Student Section spot in Maryland, but they got a big upper hand last week when the Cavaliers hosted Concordia Prep last Friday.
Archbishop Spaulding Rowdy Red came ready to rock, going with the Back In Black Theme and they shook the stands all night long and so did their football team as it was a one-sided affair.
Archbishop Spaulding took control in the stands and on the field as it looks like the Rowdy Red made a strong case to get in the Football Student Section Playoffs in the East Coast Region as they hope to get in the National Football Student Section Playoffs afterwards.
It was a perfect evening for Archbishop Spaulding as they defeated the Saints 45-2.
While the Centerville Herd of Ohio rocked the stands last week, it was no match for the crazy kids in Maryland as the Archbishop Spaulding Rowdy Red is your National Football Student Section of the Week!
