STUDENT SECTIONS OF THE WEEK (OCT 13-OCT 18, 2025)
The Football Student Section season is well underway! 48 states played some football with their Student Sections cheering them on.
Some states were had winners that showed off their Student Section, others didn’t, so we went with a different route, whoever promoted the game with a theme for the Student Section. Hopefully, we can avoid that route!
Once you win Student Section of the Week for your home state, you can’t win it again, but you still qualify to win the National Student Section of the Week at some other point. Once you win that, you can’t qualify to win another one.
However, for this week’s National Student Section of the Week Winner, they’ll get a chance to win their home state!
Now once you win, it doesn’t mean tagging us of sending videos and photos of your Student Sections comes to an end because we still have the end of the season rankings and you have to make a very strong case for the top spot in your state!
Alaska, Hawaii and Washington DC have concluded their Student Section Fall season, but three Student Sections have punched their ticket to a playoff spot in the National Fall Student Section voting playoff bracket. I know that sounds confusing, but you pick it up very quickly when the bracket is displayed!
Congratulations to Barrow of Alaska, Kaiser Cougar Cage of Hawaii and Gonzaga Prep of Washington D.C. on clinch a spot in the Student Section National Playoffs!
We will go with who I felt was the best Student Section in the state by what I saw on Instagram!
We had some fantastic Student Sections this past week, but we had to go with one Student Section for the National Football Student Section of the Week.
The state of Arizona has some very solid Student Sections and tends to get underlooked as a Student Section power! This state has some amazing Student Sections and we got to see two of them in person this fall.
Hamilton Dawgpound is probably one of those Student Sections we probably should’ve visited. They have been on fire this Fall on Instagram by showing off their Student Section.
The undefeated Huskies hosted Pinnacle (who also happens to have a solid Student Section) on a Friday night as Hamilton wasn’t looking to loss the goose egg in that L column.
The Dawgpound was on the same page as they came ready to go rocking a Pink Out! The Dawgpound clock in and did work in the stands.
With the Dawgpound in the stands, it was a disadvantage for Pinnacle as they got rattled by the opposing Student Section!
Hamilton kept their undefeated season alive with help from the Dawgpound as they defeated the Pioneers 49-13!
While the Great Oak Red Wave of Southern California had an amazing showing in the stands, it wasn’t enough as the Hamilton Dawgpound is you’re National Fall Student Section of the Week!
