STUDENT SECTIONS OF THE WEEK (OCT. 16-19, 2024)
The Football Student Section season is underway! We had 50 of the 51 regions battling for the Student Section of the Week last week as we get closer to the National Football Student Section playoffs. We are all officially in for the fall!
Alaska Football Student Section season has come to a close as congratulation Service High School for being named the 2024 Alaska Football Student Section of the Year and will head to the 2024 Football Student Section Playoffs next month. One spot has been locked with 127 more spots to go!
Some states were had winners that showed off their Student Section, others didn’t, so we went with a different route, whoever promoted the game with a theme for the Student Section. Hopefully, we can avoid that route!
Once you win Student Section of the Week for your home state, you can’t win it again, but you still qualify to win the National Student Section of the Week at some other point. Once you win that, you can’t qualify to win another one.
Now once you win, it doesn’t mean tagging us of sending videos and photos of your Student Sections comes to an end because we still have the end of the season rankings and you have to make a very strong case for the top spot in your state!
We will go with who I felt was the best Student Section in the state by what I saw on Instagram!
We had some fantastic Student Sections this past week, but we had to go with one Student Section for the National Football Student Section of the Week.
The state of Tennessee has some solid Student Sections and we’ve already had two National Student Section winners come from this state. Let’s make it a third.
The Nolensville of Tennessee Student Section came ready to shake the stands, going with the Pink Out Theme and they were dominant on Friday night as they enjoyed a one-sided battle against Lawson.
Nolensville took control in the stands and on the field as they made a strong case to get in the Football Student Section Playoffs in the Southern Regionals as they hope to get in the National Football Student Section Playoffs afterwards.
It was a fantastic evening for Nolensville as they defeated the Lightning 37-13.
While the Ryle of Kentucky rocked the stands last week, it was no match for the crazy kids in Tennessee as the Nolensville is your National Football Student Section of the Week!
