STUDENT SECTIONS OF THE WEEK (OCT. 23-27, 2024)
The Football Student Section season is underway! We had 49 of the 51 regions battling for the Student Section of the Week last week as we get closer to the National Football Student Section playoffs. We are all officially in for the fall!
Alaska and Hawaii Football Student Section season has come to a close as congratulations Service High School for being named the 2024 Alaska Football Student Section of the Year and will head to the 2024 Football Student Section Playoffs next month. One spot has been locked with 127 more spots to go!
A couple more states will conclude their regular Student Section season and we’ll find out who advances to the 2024 Football Student Section playoffs.
Some states were had winners that showed off their Student Section, others didn’t, so we went with a different route, whoever promoted the game with a theme for the Student Section. Hopefully, we can avoid that route!
Once you win Student Section of the Week for your home state, you can’t win it again, but you still qualify to win the National Student Section of the Week at some other point. Once you win that, you can’t qualify to win another one.
Now once you win, it doesn’t mean tagging us of sending videos and photos of your Student Sections comes to an end because we still have the end of the season rankings and you have to make a very strong case for the top spot in your state!
We will go with who I felt was the best Student Section in the state by what I saw on Instagram!
We had some fantastic Student Sections this past week, but we had to go with one Student Section for the National Football Student Section of the Week.
You wouldn’t expect a Student Section in the state of Massachusetts to be on here, but this Student Section has been promoting their school spirit on a consistent basis.
Natick Hawks Nest of Massachusetts came ready to shake the stands, going with the Pink Out Theme and they were dominant on Friday night as they battled against an equally talented Wellesley squad.
The Hawks Nest took control in the stands and on the field as they made a strong case to get in the Football Student Section Playoffs in the North East Region as they hope to get in the National Football Student Section Playoffs afterwards. They definitely made a strong case for the 2024 Massachusetts Football Student Section title!
It was a fantastic evening for Natick as they defeated the Raiders 27-19.
While the Inglemoor Viking Ship of Washington rocked the stands last week, it was no match for the crazy kids in Massachusetts as the Natick Hawks Nest is your National Football Student Section of the Week!
