Student Sections of the Week (Aug. 20-22)
After one state, Utah, kicked off the 2020 Football season, six other states decided to join the party.
Normally, we let you, the student section members and fans, vote on our website, but since I’m writing a Virtual Watch List for every state in the country, there was no time to find enough nominees for each state. Don’t worry, we’ll get back to voting soon, perhaps this weekend!

Anyway, this will be the one time this season where we picked the Student Section of the week for 6 of 7 states. Since this is our first year covering student sections all over the country, we are still not familiar with all the student sections, which hurt for states that don’t have a large amount of high schools, like Alaska.
Anywho, here are the Student Section Report Student Section of the Week! If you feel we made the wrong pick, let us know with videos and photos of your student section or for some of you, your school spirit in text content only. Tough times these days, so we’ll allow that!

Purple Reign! Daphne snuck past the Launch Pad of Gardendale as they watched the Trojans defeat Lee of Montgomery 26-19.

The Golden Bears got the extra boost from their student section as Mount Juliet defeated Stewarts Creek of Smyrna 30-16. Quite the week for Mount Juliet Student Section, who were guests on the Student Section Report podcast this week.
