The time has come to start ranking 50 states that we covered this football season.  To say I’m overwhelmed with the work that comes along with this is a huge huge understatement, especially with the growth of followers we had this Fall. We feel this will be more accurate than before.  We had several Student Section of the Week winners in Northeast Texas and that helped us determine who had the best Student Section and which ones wanted it more. Just showing up in large crowds isn’t enough. It might fool other outlets that don’t cover Student Sections, but not us. We have to know how bad you want it and marketing is key.  You will see top-notch Student Sections miss out at the top spot, but we kept saying it over and over and...

In 2015, yours truly began covering Student Sections in Orange County, California. We expanded to Southern California in 2017 and in 2021, we added four more states and added 15 more states. We went to 40 states two years ago. We went to all 50 states in winter of 2023 and now we add our friends from the North in Canada on top of dividing Texas into two regions, similar to what we did with California. No one has ever done that before…until now! This is still a one-man operation for the most part, but we have some help with some partners on Instagram like good friends at OC Student Sections and Stadium Geeks with help from Maryland Student Section Rater, NorCal Student Sections and many more. This year we plan to get several “barstool”...

Marysville Pit (2024 Rank: 13) The Pit social media was pretty solid, but it takes more than that to become one of Ohio’s best Student Sections this Winter as this is one of the deepest states in the country when it comes to Student Sections! St. Thomas Academy Blue Crew (2024 Rank: NR) The Blue Crew found us and let us know that they're one of the top dawgs in Minnesota and they quickly sold me on this! Pack and loud Student Section that also looks pretty intense! They take no heat and deliver to anyone in their way.
